New client, a neighborhood assoc. wants a proposal to mow around a lake within the neighborhood. The property is about a 30ft. wide slope that goes around the entire lake. Complete with walking track. As you can imagine there is a ton of trimming! In all it is around 36500 sq. ft. of mowing. I will be cutting it with a 52"scag tt. as needed. How much? Any input will be greatly appreciated.
