# of cuts

Just wondering-- If you try to get contracts for the season. About how many cuts do figure? When do you start (mid Mar.) and stop (mid Oct.)? Do you bill for 12 months, or just the months you cut?
I am in central Ky., and referring to residential customers. What do you do if you cut more or less times than stated on contract ?

April 1-Nov. 31(28 cuttings) if you cut more than once a week then charge them for it. prefer to bill 12 months but a lot of res. accts. only want to pay when they see you there(8 months a year)
