To buy or not to buy???

I am looking for any info on any mowers that are reasonable. I have an opportunity to buy a Husqvarna 48 inch deck 17 HP z-Turn Riding mower with a Kawasaki V-Twin engine for $4000 brand new. Let me know what ya think or tell me a comparable mower that is cheaper or better made.

I appreciate any info on this subject.

Boy if you can get it for that price, I'd jump on it ASAP!!!! My buddy just payed $5500 an I thought that was a deal??? :) ;) :) ED

Yeah that would be a good price but that 17hp kawi is a little weak on that particular mower.

Thanks for the replies. I have never heard or seen anyone talk about that type of mower in this forum(brandwise). So I was wondering if I was getting ripped off. Let me know of any concerns or info about them.
