My question is, how long before you clean ups start do you start advertising your services?

I don't want to be too early or late.

Its absolutely never to early or late to start advertising. It should be an ongoing thing. It may however be too late to place commercial bids

Advertising to the target audience is always good
and better late than ever to start.
Remember it is a numbers game....the more people read your ad the more they will sign with you.
