will it do any help?
If you consider yourself a professional, you should'nt be using weed and feed. That stuff is a joke.
Use a herbicide for the weeds and a fertilizer for the turf grass. A license is required though for spraying so you may want to sub that out.

Did you look back at the question? It did not say what should i use!!!
Is anyone in DFW area putting out "weed and feed" yet? I normally dont put it out before feb-mar but some of my customers are asking for it now. Wheres the rain at? Temps are great but no water.
this is what I was repsonding to.

yea, you will make a lot of money that way :dizzy:
insted of giving the customer what they want sometimes its better for you to tell them what they need. example, customer wants weed & feed. You tell them that weed & feed is marketed to homeowners and you have something better. Pre-emergent is what we use. The customer then goes oh, then you tell them what pre-m does and how much and there's your upsell.

Both have Auto Trans.
Crewcab has 230,000 miles
Ext. cab has 246,000 miles
I have all the maint. records from the original owner that I bought them from. The fleet manager of the company is a friend of mine, and sees that I get good trucks. Both are in PERFECT mechanical condition. Both have much lower mileage on replaced transmissions. Both have totally rebuilt front ends. I have owned 12 of these trucks, and all have been in perfect mechanical condition when I got them, and I keep them that way. You could jump in either of these trucks and drive to California, or New York, tonight, with no trouble.
Body and interior on both trucks also excellent. You will not find better maintained trucks anywhere.

Just wanted to recommend a printing company I used this year in our area. They are Dallas Print. See them at www.dallasprint.com I had 140K door hangers printed up by them this year. I had always used 48 hour print, and dallas print beats them on price and service. The quality is the same. Printing on 100# gloss came up to about 4.5 cents per. If you use them, call and ask for Nick, he is great to work with.

Does the sign you have on your trucks that says $24.99 help bring in a lot of new business?
Thanks,

DFW,
I have taken that sign off my trucks! It got more calls from other "lawn boys" that were upset about pricing than calls from potential customers. The customers it did get were not the type that wanted to sign up with a credit card. They were the type that were just passing by and saw the sign and wanted to pay cash...etc etc....problems...problems!

Z_Clark,
Interesting. I have had tremendous luck with my advertisements that have no prices on them. I have never tried advertising a price and after hearing what you have said, I don't see the need to.
I do think it is a good thing that other lawn companies were calling you to complain about $25 cuts. After justmowit's '04 doorhanger compaign advertising $19.95 cuts, I'll just be glad if we don't see another door hanger for under $25 in 2006. I understand justmowit is planning to advetise $26 cuts this year.

DFW,
I am leaving my price on the door hangers. I found that advertising the price on the trucks, it was just drawing those "drive by" customers that never seemed to work out.
I think advertising price right on the hanger is crucial to getting customers attention. Here is my hanger. Can we see yours for this year? Good luck in '06!
Oh, and thoes "lawn boys" calling me to rag on me about my pricing....to heck with them! My guys do a great job, and we do it at a competitive price.

Clark,
I see on your website that you are @ $30 per man-hour with a $90 minimum.
Do you have many problems with the minimum? I am at $36/man-hour on labor. Last year we had no minimum. This year, I am adding a $50 minimum.

Also, how are you handling estimates for the non-recurring work like shrub trimming and bed clean-ups?

Hello N. Texas,
I am very new to the business so bare with me. I just started last May(2005) and was originally just going to do mow and go services, but I have loved landscaping since I was in my teens. (currently 29). I have about a dozen medium scale landscaping jobs under my belt that have made some decent money. I find that landscaping is where the good money is, especially for me being a weekender at the moment. My challenge is that I am now getting alot of " its too expensive" responses on my quotes. This is obviously discouraging, but if I know my work is good should I re-asses my pricing?? Any ideas guys. I can attach attach a couple of my recent quotes.
I just started a site in hopes of driving sales. It is very simple, and still adding pages..........any help at all is greatly appreciated as I am quite discouraged at the moment.....

Daniel,
Welcome and Good Luck in the business! I started last March 2005 so I am new too. All my accounts are in Plano, Frisco, Allen, and Mckinney. I think you are leaving money on the table with those mowing prices. You are probably like me and don't have any overhead. Everything I make I put back into the business. Yes, it is true, I don't pay myself but think it will payoff. I won't mow a yard under $25 and my average is $35. Good luck! There is plenty for all of us.

DFW,
I have seen your site and like it. I like the disclaimers you have about "complaints" on bush trimming. Very straight forward.
To answer your question: We do loose lots of business over our "$30 per hour 3 hour minimum" for work other than mowing. This actually works out better for me. I am not into the "mow and go" type yard for the extras, as we make more than $30 per man hour "mowing and going".
Also, I don't give estimates for any extras on a "mow and go" type yard. I have even been on the "mow and go" crew once and had a home owner come out and talk to me about extras, I just told her to "call Jeff". Yes...I am Jeff, but she didn't have to know that!
To sum it up, the "extra jobs" are a waste of our time on these smaller yards.

Clark,
I think I may have seen you before over at Lesco in Southlake. Do you buy there?
I totally understand where you are coming from. I loathe everything about the shrub crew with the exception of my shrub crew leader. The equipment I have to buy & maintain for the shrub crew is unreal. The chipper is damn near impossible to keep running and if it's down, we can't work. Of course, without it, we'd need a free place to dump and I don't have that. I already know these residetial clients won't pay the disposal fees I'd need to charge. I will probably have to end up shelling out another $1,200 for a spare chipper this season. The dealer keeps telling me I should be ok with just one because it is commercial grade, but we have had it in the shop 4 times now since we bought it in July.
Worker injury is probably, like, 10X more likely with the shrub crew than it is with a mowing crew.
Then, there is the ridiculous nature of up and down demand for these services throughout the year. Everybody wants their shrubs trimmed in March & April but by September we will have very little in terms of demand.
On the flip side, if I told all my customers we don't do that stuff, I think many would find an LCO who does. What drives me nuts is the thought of a client who has a lawn mowing company calling me for the shrubs because their lawn mowing company doesn't do it and I come running. That thought makes me absolutely sick because the regular mowing is the easiest revenue to manage. At the same time, if my shrub crew doesn't have enough work to do, I suppose I'd be crazy to turn down work.

Yeah, I am in the Lecso store at Southlake every now and then. Wish I had know it was you...it is nice to put a face to a name!
I agree w/ you 100% about the pains of a "bed and bush" crew. Do you keep your "bed and bush" crew busy all season? I use my "Clark Landscape" crew on Saturdays to take care of these pruning requests. It is really just over time for my guys.
Do you run any "full service" crews?
What's your game plan for the year? Adding any crews?
My game plan is to add about 150 mow and go accounts. My only fear now is labor, as my H2B visas have been delayed by the government until after April. I will be scrambling through March on labor I am sure.

What kind of customer return do you get on 30k flyer's? How much does it cost to print 30k flyer's?
I would think 100 flyer's would get 10 phone calls.
10 phone calls would get 3 cuts
3 cuts would get 1 customer
Does that sound about right? So you could end up with possibly 300 more customers this season @ $30.00 per cut x 33 cuts = $990.00 x 30 customers = $29,700.

I have heard several places that you should expect only a 1.0% reply rate on your fliers. So, is you put out 100, maybe 1 person will call you. Put out 1000, and 10 people will call.

I say WAIT. I am gonna wait two weeks probably. I did get a few calls for cleanups and a couple small landscaping jobs but they are pennies compared to what I would have gotten from getting repeat clients. I made enough profit to pay a couple bills but still wished I would have waited. A better marketing method right now is to make a route including all the addresses of weekly and on time service calls you made last year. Any address you have in your database. Go and give them a winter assessment for all the services you provide. Put a $$ figure on a piece of paper and throw a business card with it and hit all the doors in your database. All that cost you is time and you will get a great return because these are folks that have done business with you before.

Now I am down to just me putting out flyers unless a nice clean-up comes up. I looked online somewhere and found another company that puts out flyers. They wanted 5cents a flyer for Plano. Some areas were 10 cents. I guess thats reasonable but man that sure can add up. I will try and find the name.
So, I guess all the weight that I have gained over the winter I am going to have so much fun loosing while walking :walking: Maybe I should get some roller blades or better yet  a Segway. That would be nice.

Wanted to give an up date on door hanger response. We had 12K go out yesterday and today. They have yielded about 10 calls and 6 sign ups. I expect more to come in the weekend. My goal from these 12K was twenty new sign ups.
Have 12K more going out soon :)

Yeah, I would think this thread would be a lot busier with the season starting. I wish it was.
So, anyone reading. How are the flyers coming along? Good return rate or is it still to early? Also do you have your employees put out flyers or is it just cheaper to have a company do it?
Jason I say get your own people to do it!
Z Clark - Reed put out 43K for us this week , 15-18 calls each day 8 sign ups
most want to wait until 1st/2nd week of April to commit. Is this what you might expect as far as " will commit " ? I have 60K more to go out - I just do not know when to release them - I think spread them out over the next 5/6 weeks? I know timing is important ? Suggestions -- anyone-

Is there anyone out there for Flyer Distributing? Besides H&H And Reed. Sorry about the double post.
Im looking for a two wheel sulky. Anybody have one for sell?
Hello Kevin,
I have a very nice, sit down unit off of a Toro
I also have a single wheel, velkie brand
PM or email me for details.
Regarding work, I'm backed up with installs through May.
The mowing side is going great as well - although still in the planning/implementation stages for the third truck.
Additional point regarding equipment - I have some used hand equipment, mostly Echo. It all ranges from trimmers, to hedge trimmers to a smaller gas pole saw.
I haven't had the time to assemble a "package" of sorts.
If you need some used equipment, PM me with what you need and I'll check my surplus inventory.

Lots of tire kickers...and trash calls.
How are y'all doing w/ response rate now???

I got a new customer about 3 weeks ago in Plano. When we went to do her lawn I asked for payment to be left. I got there the gate was locked so we only mowed the front. I called her and she said I forgot to unlock the gate and she forgot to leave payment. She said she would like for me to come out every 2 weeks. Well She calls me 3 days later and says she wants to cancel that she didn't like the edging? I don't get that often. I thought that was suspicious. I explained some things to her told her we would try to do a better job. So, she said ok can you do some fertilizaion. I said sure. Well I did that. I called her and said ok now next week we will be out on this day please leave a check and I gave her the amount. It was like 85 something. She said ok just call me when you get there as I only work 5 min away and can meet your for payment.
I get there and call her she didn't answer. Tried a few more times no answer. So, now it has been 20 min and we leave. Now I called her the day after and she said that we didn't trim behind her fence in the alley. But, we couldn't she has an electronic gate gowing across it. There are no cut throughs between the houses. I sure aint driving around to the back and stopping the truck in the alley. So, she wants no more services. Fine with me I am done with customer. Tuesday she was to leave payment for me. I drive all the way over there and nothing was there. I called she said sorry, I will have it there tomorrow. I called her the next morning and said that I would be on my way to get the check. She said oh I forgot about it. I said well then I am going to be there sometime around 2. Please leave it for me to pick up underneath the front matt. She said ok. I get there at 2 guess what no check nothing. So, I went back out there at 6:00 pm and now I am pissed.
I banged on that door and no answer. Still no check and she will not answer my calls as she has done just fine over the last couple of days. I open the gate to the back and grab a baseball bat that was laying there and had it just incase there dog was out. It's huge. I went around to the back no cars where there and no sign of anyone home. Man I looked in the windows and everything. I want my money. I am tired of those people that don't pay. So, this morning I am heading over there at 5:00 and I am going to sit there until she gets ready to leave for work. When she opens that sliding gate to back out I am going to confront her.
Has anyone ever been in this situation? I personally don't care if it is 20 bucks or 200 I feel I should be paid. Sorry for all the info just thought someone else could relate.

Collect the JustMowIt way. Send them a certified return receipt demand of payment letter advising that within 15 days you will file an affidavit to claim a lien against their property. If they don’t pay file a lien. It only costs $16 to file a lien. And don’t repeatedly call them or stop by their house that can be considered harassment.

A lien? The told me that I couldn't do that. I have filed on several people from last year just civil. They just serve them with papers and then they never show up. But to get a default judgement I have to pay another $155 bucks, see the judge and get him to approve. It is called writ of abstract. But, I have not done that. But the lady this morning. I did it and she payed. I wasn't playin. She did say this could be harrasment. I said I will I bet a judge would see it as more of collecting payment. I am just glad the pressure worked and I didn't have to waist my time at the courts again.

TWJ,
In 2005 pro, you add each city and it's rate as an "item list". Go to List at the top, choose "item list" You an then add new by right clicking. Just name your tax (such as Dallas), and give it the rate.
You can find rates of all cities here: http://www.window.state.tx.us/taxinfo/local/city.html
Lemme know if you have any problems....assuming 2006 is similar to 2005

Wanted to post more door hanger response rate. Fliers were distributed by H&H in 3 different weeks, each 2 weeks apart.
As of now (April 3rd), we have signed up 43 new mow and go clients from passing out 26,000 door hangers.
I have signed up 12 new full service clients for my other truck in a higher end area from 11,000 fliers. I have also gotten a few one time jobs (clean ups).
Got another batch going out this week.

Door hanger response in April was FANTASTIC! Peak responce last week of March....when I got 10 one day.
We have gotten 1 quality sign up per 400 hangers. This 1 per 400 number is calculated on the total door hangers out this season. They went out 5 separate times to the EXACT same homes every 2 weeks. We have put out 40 thousand....thus have 100 new quality weekly customers this year!
I have not put out fliers in the last 3 weeks...we got a bit over whelmed...lack of labor being part of the problem, and not wanting to over do it. I am still signing up 1 to 4 daily from the hangers, but turning many of the trashy ones down...the ones that want service every other week, or that are just difficult to deal with on the phone.
Have stated it previously, but to answer your question: Printing done by www.dallasprint.com (Nick there is great)

Well I have to say I was shocked at what I got this year.
Usually every year we put out flyers ourselves when we are not busy. Well this time I hired H & H. I am just a small business and it cost about 1,500 with flyers and distrubting. Thats a lot for me. Well they put out 500 one week and the responses was not like I wanted it. But the second week was awesome. I usually keep track of who called, where from, etc. I didn't even try this time. I would say that I had about 50 calls. But for me that is a lot. I don't even know how many I signed up. We had a whole new look on our flyer this year and I think that made a difference also. Oh, and I got a call from 2 duplexes. I don't even advertise to duplexes when I put out flyers so I was shocked they even called. $25 bucks for that small yard, sure I'll do it.

We charge .50 per ft2 Bermuda .59/ft2 St Augustine and .89/ft2 Emerald Zoysia to lay sod and 8cents for bed prep if needed. Also $80 per yard of dirt if some needs to be delivered. Add $65 delivery for the sod and $100 for haul off if she doesn't want 30 bags of debris left for the garbage man. Also tell her it would be best to have the lawn killed <Round up> for $50per application. recommend two applications at least. May not be necessary if the lawn is very shady and we are going from bermuda to St Augustine
If you still have the job on your books give me a call and I will work through you to complete it. Tanner

How do you figure what is a fair price for an account?
If I am selling accounts, what can I expect as a reasonable selling price for an average size lawn?

They are located in Collin County. Most are regular yards, $25/ mow weekly. We are not selling yet, but possibly soon. (around 70+ accounts).

Are they on contract? Without a good contract probably 10% monthly, of money collected for the next year on all scheduled work and nothing on extras. Without a good contract there is nothing guaranteeing that the customers will stay with the service, they don't like to be bought and sold.

You might be able to get $3500.00 from someone that really doesn't know how this business works. The liablity is great for the buyer! You can count on 20% not staying on with the new company.

Depending on where they are I would be interested.
Dependent upon the structure of your agreement with the customer, and how your business is financially modeled, anything less than 60% of your gross is not worth looking at.
Factor in equipment equity, location of accounts, serviceability and additional equity in the business - all comprises the amount to construct a sale price.
I would hesitate to deal with a person recommending only 10% of the accounts are applicable as most customers - once a buy out is announced - will stay with a new service provider as long as a transition period is announced.

The were wanting to sell accounts, they wern't looking to sell a complete company with 300-500 accounts, large scale name recognition, and a trained front and back office, turnkey package.
Any more than 10% and I could pick up that number of customers for that many dollars with a good flyer campaign, they could probably be had for even less. (cost of advertizing to pick up 70 customers would probably be less than paying 10% of receipts for the rest of the season.) But, if they fit nicely on someone's route, and are bid profitably, they might be worth the 10%

I am a Carpet Cleaning small business owner. What I am offering is flyer pass-out service. I am already passing-out flyers in the North East Tarrant County area ( NRH, Watauga, Southlake, Keller, Saginaw, Haltom City, Colleyville, Hurst, Bedford and North Fort Worth). The reason I am offering this service is to offset some of the cost to produce my flyers. Just let me know what area (mentioned above) you want your flyers passed out in. I have 2 workers that are passing-out flyers with me. You produce the flyers or I can make a basic one for you. I do not claim to be an expert flyer maker, but I can email you some of the work that I have done for my carpet cleaning business. If you or anyone else you know is interested, email me at abcoclean@sbcglobal.net.

If anyone in the Collin County area needs a sub to apply a good, balanced, fertility program that will produce a great lawn with as little excess growth as possible I can handle it for you. The drought was tough on many yards last year, I can help them recover and come out good this spring as well as take care of the weed problems. Even with once a weekly watering it is possible to have a good looking lawn.
Thanks Ric!!!!:rolleyes::waving:

No thank you for being my Lawnsite friend and exchanging inside secrets with me over the years. It is too bad more LCOs were not as far thinking as outrunjason. By networking with an experienced person like your self his bottom line should increase dramatically. Any Businessman who realizes he is better off doing what he does best and networking with those who provide different services is going to get ahead. I see too many jerks try and do it all themselves, fail. It is better not to do a job, than to do it badly.

Hey Dallas Turf. You know I normally do some stuff on my own but last year I went with another local company for doing the ferty and stuff and some of my customers complained they didn't like it or said they never came out. I am not sure that I wanted to do it again. I guess it does not hurt to mention the company as that is what this forum is for. Gro Green is who it was.
I don't think they are a bad company but for me it didn't go over well. If they had a problem they called me. Drove me nuts. Also I have trouble getting anyone to do any type of program. Maybe I just suck at sells. :)
I was told though that there are some kind of pellets or something that dissolve and help water or something like that. Am I off track on this or is there something like that? I am just trying to figure out what to advertise this year knowing we are in a droubt and you really can't water.

All that I sold was weekly service, I did walk away from some bi-weekly work, but I did not want to deal with that work.
Even with the drought the cities are allowing once weekly watering which is plenty as long as your work is all irrigated. The customers who followed our irrigation directions had some beautiful lawns last year. Market heavy in the spring and get on a good fertility program and keep marketing through the summer when people are not happy with the service they are getting you will pick up more work.

I have just been putting out a straight flyer for the last few years. It just advertise all my services. But was wondering if it is better to advertise what people are looking for at the time.

Hello All,
I stumbled onto this site because I have thought about opening up a lawn care business to earn a little extra money. However, I am in my last semester of college right now and am just testing the waters to see if anyone needs a dedicated and reliable employee that they can count on 100%. I have very reliable transportation, clean driving record, and will take any drug test needed. I am located in the Dallas area but can travel all over.
In the future I would like to have a large scale business that may include this area of work. If someone is willing to take a chance on me, later on hopefully I could help you expand your business and/or increase your income. I am looking to make $100-$150 a week for the time being.

It even says some gov agencies give a preference to contractors who use this technology.

I'm re-opening a garden center in southeast Dallas county area in Balch Springs, have to move from north Dallas area. I have been offering flower beds to garden clubs to "adopt" in efforts to gather new members by showing off their stuff at the old place. Well, I want to expand that at the new place - more space for one thing. I also am trying to create a kind of showplace where homeowners can come and see examples of landscapes, products in work and have questions answered, as well as shop. Like a perpetual home and garden show in a way. Here is where your opportunity comes in..
I will be offering plots of land, various sizes based on specific area, to local landscapers who want to target the southeast Dallas area - lots of new homes going in over there in Kaufman, Crandall, Forney, etc., and most have empty back yards and pitiful front yards. We'll have a few shade and a few sun spots to start with so a variety of options for homeowners new and existing. You can put in a weatherproof box, your company info, the schematic of the "landscape" you have created and even give it a name or package and price it out. This gives customers various options and contacts. I do not have nor intend to start a landscape division. I'm a retailer.
Now, I'm an organics only shop that encourages natives and/or drought tolerant plants, so it would make sense to have landscapers on the same page and of the same mindset. You can include the type of products used if you want to. We may even work out a deal where I include your plots when I fertilize the rest of the area and the nursery stock if you are ok with the brands I use.
I'm thinking perennials, evergreens and a small seasonal area. But for the most part, you'd be free to create to show off your company's look and work. I won't be weeding your areas, you'd be responsible for the maintenance. One nursery I have heard doing this has the beds changed out annually. I don't see that as necessary unless you want to do that. It helps folks to see mature sizes of things anyway.
Looking to break ground on these plots in mid march. City paperwork, etc. should be done by then. We're in the process of some basic clean up, fix up and converting an old bunk house to a retail shop. I'll be landscaping the front yard so it stays residential, but there are areas on the side of the old existing house as well as areas that will border the entry to the shop.
Let me know what you think and if you are interested. I'm up at my old shop only a few days a week, but you can leave a message or catch me online here. Thanks! 214-348-3336

I know it is a long drive but if you are looking to save some money it would be worth it. Especially if you are purchasing a big ticket item like a ZTR or midsize mower.

If you can show up to work on time monday through sat. 0730 to 7pm then you can work for me. Oh yeah, you would need to speak spanish or learn quickly and work fast. Learn fast bring your lunch or lunch money. and don't rob me. My guys respect those that truely work hard and run off slackers. I don't mind training you for a season with the little that I know and then sending you off to run your own show. Heck that is what I did. It's easy to make it if you have a big credit card to get started and desire to work until you go to sleep for the first two years. After that you can just about relax a little bit. :weightlifter:
Hello All,
I stumbled onto this site because I have thought about opening up a lawn care business to earn a little extra money.
Please email me @ zabobmx@yahoo.com if you have any questions. I won't waste your time. Thank You!

Hey guys. I have been working over in the Weatherford/Aledo area for the past 5 years, but I have moved to the Lewisville area and am trying to gain a few accounts over there. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good reputable mulch supplier over in the Lewisville/Grapevine area. I would hate to have to haul mulch over from Weatherford just because I couldn't find a good dealer over in the area. Thank.
Anyone know of any good MULCH SUPPLIERS around northeast dallas.
I usually use Living Earth but they are on the other side of dallas(west).
For small jobs it would be convenient to something closer.

Looking to hire a CPA next year. Does anyone know of a good one that you might use and what do they charge?
I like my CPA. He is old fashioned and wants copies of everything. I have talked to new age CPA's that say the level of bookkeeping I get is dirt cheap.
He is in Grand Prairie if you are interested let me know.

We are based out of the Mckinney/Plano/Allen area. Most of our work is agricultual in the Celina/Gunter area but we are looking to get into more residential. We are hoping to sub-contract for a larger business as this is our first year doing lawn care full time. If anyone is interested please let me know.

I use SBS but there are no closer. I hear there is one far North East but not sure that will help you. Like Greenville. If you think it will help I will find the info.

With 3 guys you should be able to knock that out by tomorrow afternoon if we don't get too much rain this afternoon! I would try to not make a habit of it but with the rain this week I think they may understand that you are just trying to get caught up if you did have some leftover for Sunday. Don't start to early and they should be allright.

Thanks, Jason. Yeah, I am not working today. I did that yesterday morning and got either drizzle or rained on for a little over 2 hours. It was just nasty. Today it is super muddy and wet and I would rather have 60 decent looking yards or better than wet ugly stained concrete yards. With 3 guys we only seem to get about 23 done in about an 8 hour period. With 10 hours I guess we could do more. So, I guess I will hit the ground running on Saturday and work 10 hours and and then another 10 on Sunday. Then we have rain forecasted for what Tuesday and Wednesday now?
By the way anyone notice that the forecast have not been that accurate at all and one station varies from another. Not to knock but man they day they say it is going to rain I don't go out and miss out on a whole day and they day they don't say it will rain till late I get hit early in the morning.
I finally just put the laptop in the truck and just watched the radar myself.

Ok, experts what to do here. Man what a lot of rain. I stayed home all day today. Now it's work tomorrow or not? If it does dry up at all it will just be a messy muddy day tomorrow I am guessing. If I do mow are customers going to be upset with the green tracks on there concrete, lines in the yard, and divits?
I seriously am just thinking screw it I am behind this much why not just wait till Monday and get it done.
What do ya think?

I have 4 lawns from Thursday's schedule that I couldn't get done today. I am going to get them taken care of tomorrow. If there was more than that, I would probably just wait on Monday and just push the whole schedule back. I can't justify only jacking up 4 schedules. I am watching it rain outside from my sunroom window right now. I will probably wait until 9 or so tomorrow morning and get after it. I got 4 done today in between rainstorms.
