training new help!!!!

How do you guys train "new guys "not to beat the hell outa the string timmers.Got a newbi that can clean out a string of spool in 1 or2 lawns .Takes me a week or better .any advice will help .I'am trying to be calm but ....it gets tough at times . I shown him an told him what he is doing wrong .

I feel for you. I really do! It takes some people a long time to get it. Especially when they are not paying for the line or the heads. I love how they let the heads spin on the concrete.

Keep after him. Keep working with him if you think he will get it at some point.
