How is the echo pb260l? Is it strong enough for a basic cleanup of grass clippings and other basic needs.
Founf one cheap around me and wondering what you have to say about it.
Oh....and how about the 403?

I have a PB403 but it's heavier then the new 603 and 650 series and also less air. If the leaves are wet you'll struggle more with the 403 vs 603/650. However if your using it for blowing off grass clippings and light debris it's fine for that. But I would recommend for cleanups at least a 603 which is what i have as a minimum. I'm actually gonna pick-up teo 650's or 750's this fall time it's worth the investment and retire my pb403 into backup status.
hope this helps!

So is the 260 out of the question completely? Worthless?

I liked my 260,but it got stolen. It has more power than a handheld, but it is kinda weak as far as backpacs go.I now have 403,its a pig.I should have went with a 650.:(
