What does your normal seasonal agreement include?

Mine, ussually is Spring and fall cleanup, lawn cuts, fertilizer(5times), some mulch, some aerate and seed. You?

Basic is mow, trim and blow. Advanced is mow, trim, edge (biweekly) and blow. Haven't been asked to include other services in the agreement, usually that has been counted as seperate work.

BHB said it all except I give the bi-weekly edge in the baisc agreement, no extra charge.
