two rookies starting off

hello all, bunch of rookies here, just starting off and my partner and i are trying to think of diffrent promotions we can add to our flyer to grab more customers, does anyone have any good ideas on what we could do as a promotion that wouldnt take alot of time but something that would catch the customers eye. any input would be very helpful, thank you all much.

Best advice I can give you is.............

Start and keep your business legal. Get tax ID numbers, pay your taxes. Do not wait, it only cost's you more in the long run.

Get a business license.

Get applicator licenses.

Another offer I've heard of is:

Then you give them there 5th cut free (just the 5th cut, not every 5th cut) , and perhaps you could make your monthly cost a bit higher to compensate for your 'loss'.
