loss of cutting power

When I got the upgraded air filter I felt like I didn't have as much power as I used to, now I seem to bog down quite a bit in 1 to 2 inches of grass cutting. some days seems OK but most have to struggle with it. Using factory high lifts. No fun when ya can't mow faster than my walk behind.

Did your dealer put in the new carburetor jets that came with the HD filter kit ?
If not, this might be part of the problem.
Is the unit bogging down like it is starving for fuel ?

He said he did , and yes it does seem like not enough fuel, Trying to bag something is really bad.
