I went to this same auction earlier this winter. Drove all the way up to St. Cloud, MN. Looked everything over for an hour and half an hour before the sale, the auctioneer said there will not be an auction, the co. just filed for bakruptcy and nothing could be sold. Turned around and went back home. I think there was a lot of mad people that day.
