Look for an ag or golf supplier.

Macron from Lesco is a generally inexpensive, balanced liquid soluble fert. Haven't used it, but I've heard it's a good product.

By saying "a balanced fertilizer" I am assuming that you want equal parts of N, P & K. Such as a 15-15-15. Are you certain that you need the Phosphorous? What are the soil tests saying? Your Lesco dealer should be able to help you fairly easily with Potash either in a 0-0-50 or 0-0-62. Phosphorous sources may be a little harder to locate but check with Ag or Golf course suppliers. Hope this helps.
