Engine pulsates at all speeds. No power on top end and stalls at low speed. Changed gas & air filter still the same 300 hours on it. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like you have some debris in your carb, you need to remove the jets from the carb and clean them, also clean any passages also.
Be sure to replace all o-rings and gaskets in the process.
