Excel mowers

Was offered a 6' front deck Excel ztr. It has either a 35 or 40hp Kubota diesel.Has a bagging system and an air conditioned cab on it. I don't know the model,it seems a few years old. Does anyone know anything about this particular model??

We own four Excel machines and have a lot of luck with them. The machine you are looking at is probably a 340 or 3400. The Kubota engines that 3 of my machines have are excellent and have few problems. The zero turn has 100% production over the regular outfront mowers. As for the backvacs they are the best on the market we are able to back up to our one ton four wheel drive truck and dump right into the truck without getting off the machine. The only problems we have ever had is a few wheel motors have gone and those were not that cheap, but overall I think they are excellent machines.

Thanks, I think this unit is about 4-5 years old but it only has 2000 hrs on it.
