Has anyone tried running doubles on this machine? 19HP Kawi..looking for results/advice..which blades fit, bolt issues, etc.

No but have on a M-60 tank 23 hp. I put gators, on top, 16.5"s and reg cub blades 20.5"s on bottom. Did ok
