qwik chute on hustler z

i got the qwik chute today. installed it in about 20 mins. good fit, quality looks good.
how do you modify the safety shield so that it will fit back on?

look foward to trying it out when it drys up again.

Safety shield ?
Are you talking about the pulley cover ?
If so, I am not aware that you have to modify it, all the Qwik Chute installs I have seen the cover never has to come off.

I tried when I was FRESH this morning, safety guard cover over the pulley went on with no problem, no modification. I quess I really tired when I put it on yesterday.
Original guard fits like its suppose to. bolts up fine.
My mistake.
