Balancer problem

I did the calibration test on my magmatic balancer and it does not want to say still when I try it at different settings... i oclock, 2 oclock, 3 oclock and so on. I made sure it was clean and no wind was hitting it, etc. What do you suggest, send it in or what?. Thanks for any help you can give.
