more meat for the mini

looking for a more aggressive tire for my mini. looked @ northern in the atv tire section, would an 11" wide tire fit my stock rim? looks like i have the clearance around the mower. ( i think the tire i was looking at was 21" x 11" , with much more grip! )
i mow some field areas with some slopes, been in 1 ditch and 2 other very close calls so far.
