Was impressed with everything from the h bar to the mulching kit, I could not find anything I did not like about it, the dealer went beyond my expectations, I will be buying one within 2 weeks.

Out with the red in with the yellow.

Hey mowerconsultant, what is the difference going to be between this years 3" and next years 37"? More horsepower, bigger tires.etc,
Is parking brake going to be standard? I though I read somewhere for next years model the parking brake will be built into the H-bar and also will have some type of cruise control for it. Am I confusing this with features on the new GateStar?

The new 36" unit will be a lower priced economy type hydro mower.
There will be a H-Bar with a parking brake built into the controls.
You are thinking of the GateStar, which will be similar to this unit with a different deck.
That is all the info I have at this time to share on the new wb's, more to come soon !!!
The current 37" WB will remain the same.

Hope this helps

is the 36" w/b available now?

No 36" available now, I will soon be announcing the new models and prices and availability.
.
The 37" is available now, it is a smaller deck version of our 48" and 52" units we currently offer.
We have made the 37" for a few years now, it is a very solid performer, there are a few members here on LS that have them.

You know what would be great?

A hustler WB oin the 32" -34" size.

I ran into a gate today that was only 35" wide from post to post.
A small hydro mower is great for tight spots and small gates and sometimes 36" is still to big.

You could use the power unit from the tilt deck (Gatemaster?)
and just chop 1 blade off of the 48" deck.

Just another idea

We will have a new 36", at this time that is the smallest unit we plan to build.
The new series of wb's will be the most compact and economical hydro mowers on the market.

No matter how hard or how many times I try I can't get a 36" mower through a 34" gate. even if I take a run at it.

The new TrimStar™ hydro walk-behinds will have either 36" or 48" decks. The GateStar™ will have a 48" deck that can be flipped up to fit thu a 34" gate. Should be just what you need. They are scheduled to be in production in November or December, 2003. Watch this space for further information as it becomes available.

What about the 36"? When will it be ready and MSRP? Will there be an offset for trim side on 36"?
I am still waiting to demo the prototype GateStar? Have you sent any GateStar's out for demo yet or are they still not ready for demo?
