36" tthp grease zerts

Picked up a new 36 tthp a few weeks ago and was wanting to know how many grease zerts there are. The manual shows like maybe 13 - 14 but it also looks like the 48" model? So far I have only been able to locate 8.

Here is a list of the grease points for your machine. 36-48-52 inch units have the same number of grease points. I come up with 10.

:caster wheels 2
:caster pivots 2
:blade engagement bellcrank 1
:idler pivot (pump drive) 1
:clutch arm pivot 1
:Idler pivot (cutting deck) 1
:pump control bearings 2

Sugar Cut,

The manual recommends GLI #2 multi-purpose grease.

None of the components you are lubricating are high speed or even high load areas so you don't need to go crazy with a super high grade of grease. Just make sure it's a good general-purpose grease and you should be in good shape.
