If you have a crew these are the times you can use to bang heads to optimize performance in the field ,,, review their people skills ,,, teach them a few new tricks of the trade ,,, build their knowledge your areas plants and proper pruning techniques etc.

Then again you could always just go fishing ,,, or catch up on some family time.
