Getting New Clients

I am a part timer trying to get more buisness and unfortuneatly waited too long to start trying to get customers. I try to go after commercial accounts. They make more money per hour as far as i have found. I was wondering how you guys get your buisness, IE: flyers, yellowpages, refferals or what?
what hoave you found the most effective for getting customers

I would say its kinda late to get commercial accounts, because the most of them are locked into yearly contracts.

Mine are all word of mouth. Do a better job than anyone else and in no time you'll be turning down work.

All my customers come from word of mouth. In the past 3 years I have only used the newspaper for 30 days.
