What are the biggest tires i can fit

I have a 2000 GMC 3500 4x4. How big of a tire can I fit on my truck with out having to lift it or cut my fenders? thanks

my friend has one and he put 33x12.5 and they rub prety good, so i would suggest maybe a 295x70 or a 32x11.5
