leaf spot?

What is this on my turf type tall fescue? I'm not that familair with cool season grasses, we dont get this on warm grasses much.

Looks like it in the top photo with the blades in the right middle, the blade has small spots on it. Looks good compaired to here, just mow a little shorter to get the grass dried out, wash equipment, and spray if customers are willing to pay $$$.

The pics are from my personal lawn. Its worse this evening, than it was when I took the pics early this morning (its been raining all day, gonna rain tomorrow as well).
