Ok guys I finally got some pictures of my stuff. Unfortunatley it is stored in the garage but I will take more pics tomorrow of it. I also included some pics of 3 lawns out of the five I did today. Tell me what you think. I'm just geeting used to posting pics so don't jump on me.

Haha yes, I got it, ok here's some more of my work. This one was cut today at 2 3/4". The stripes kinda suck though. The ground was very moist.

Here's my nextdoor neighbor's house. Her yard is only fertilized in the front and to the back of the garage so the back doesn't look the best. Here's the back

Here's from the back of the garage to the property line. I cut her lawn at 3". You can see the nice stripes on the left next door which are the ones in pic 2.

Ok now here is my yard. The back isn't maintained too well but the front is nice. Mind my neighborhood is lower to middle middle-class homes. Here's the back. I ran by quick with the trimmer so don't criticize the trimming. I didn't edge at all. No time plus ugly day.

And here's a pic of my neighbor who I think is gonna be starting a landscaping usinees. His house is a rundown shack. And so is his equipment. In other words, one of those guys who has a pickup so decides to be a landscaper. Hey at least he has a trailer and I'll give him credit for the Walker too. That's it for now. I'll be cutting 3 tomorrow and I'll get some more pics of my equipment too.

Nice. Are you gonna sell the older, underpowered w/b? I know they are the same size but the older one is 14hp and the newer one 17hp, how much difference does it make? I pullled mine hard all day today running doubles gators over regular lifts and the sulky. Walked a couple spots that were steep and one had alot of trees on a steep area lot of backing up, hard with a sulky and another area small bushhogging on a hill that I couldn't stand on hardly. It did good but man I'd like more power! I will probably make baffles for it's deck like I did the rider, would help a bit in engine effeciency and might let me get away with single blades. The gators work fine but they do not have good lift and don't do good on the fine, stringy grass. Oh it even pulls good with the doubles and the homemade mulch baffles if I'm going walking speed. The mulch kit works well but the doubles need to go, they clump alittle because too much lift.

Nice work lawnkid! Stripes look good and so does your edging. Down south, most customers don't care about stripes, but they notice edging and I think they would like yours!

It is about the same as the price of turnips.
Lawnkid, for a promising youngster looks good.

Nice work. Hey was that a concrete lawn roller leaning against the tree in one of those pics or was it a spare tire for the Flintstones car?

Thanks guys for all the compliments.
FSM,
Yes I am in the process of selling the older one. I just put it in the paper yesterday and hung up a pick at some dealers. Yes the 17hp deoes make a hell of a difference. I've cut my mowing time by about 1/4. One suggestion, you might get more power if you get rid of all your contraptions and just mow. Man you must have over 50 lbs extra weight. Lose the sulky cause you are underpowered and the baffles and all that ****. Your mower will do fine if it is not towing so much stuff.
GeorgiaGrassMan,
Thanks for the compliment on the stripes and the edging. I've been very happy for being able to edge that well with a Homelite straight shaft.
LGF,
Thanks, you big lco's are all idols to me. Oh I forgot Odin :D
Grassy Fras,
Thanks, learned how to maintain my lawns so well from paying attention to the big guys on here.
Mow Ed,
LOL, yeah Freddy Flintstone stopped by yesterday and he got a flat so I fixed it on the spot for him. :D Yes it is an antique, hasn't been used in probably over 20 years.

Have you tried tripples yet?
Lawnkid, EXCELLENT work!:D
Its pretty funny how some people get along just fine with their "underpowered" machines, and dont buy a "new" Scag rider and sell it like 3 weeks later after saying how ABSOLUTELY MUCH he needs it to run a poductive business.  :dizzy:

Don't forget cause he needs a truck when he has a van.
Also he has a loan for it, so when you sell the liability, don't you pay the loan off?
