If you have an Office Max near you, they have them .... you really don't want to spend that kind of money if you're going for a quantity of any kind. Hangers, even blank and purchased in larger quantities are pretty high priced for some reason.
Much more economical to do a one sided flyer, purchase some heavier stock (67 lb.) and either design/print yourself - if you have ability to do so- or just check with some printing companies. Do shop around, you'll find considerable price fluctuations.

are you looking for blanks to print yourself? These guys have a good selection
I would also check with a local print shop, probably would be more economical to have large quantities done there.

I print tri-fold brochures and put them in Newspaper doorknob hanger bags that I get from Chiswicks. Works very well and protects the flyer from the weather.

we just designed our own. We picked up some heavy paper, and then printed 3 door hangers on a piece of paper and cut them and everything was great. I think that we paid maybe $5.00 for 500 sheet of paper, which turned into 1,500 flyers, and then only about $60 worth of print cartridges. So we only spent around $65 for 1,500 flyers.

I'm cheap. I print my own 1/2 sheet flyers ($0.05-0.09 per copy), and do goor to door with a 3M tape dispenser that straps to my wrist.
May not look as good, but gets the job done for a lot less.
