I use to work for a large lawn care in Cincinnati area. They had a really neat way of invoicing. They had approx. 10 techs that did apps all season long. They applied 5 rounds a season. Each round, all 10 guys got their invoices printed at beginning of round approx. 600-800 invoices. They then filed them in a box, in front of cards that contained all info about property that the tech that sold it, recorded. Which when filed they were routed. Then when they did the treatment they left one copy of invoice on door and brung other copy back with them for company's copy. They used that to calculate gallons and make sure they were accurate then they turned them in. Does anyone else print all their invoices like that and I wonder what kind of software could be used to do something like that. The company now sold out to Scotts.
