I'm a small lawn care business that has the opportunity to bid on a large (spread out) chain of stores, 17 in all in two states MO and IL.

I can handle all grass and bedding maintenance but I am not licensed for irrigation. Looking for company or companies interested in being a subcontractee.

dude,

one acre lot does not give me enough info...need to know zones, heads, location of timer, type of system(well or city water) pumps, what is being watered...what type of service your client wants (monthly maintenance or quickie $100 activation and closing).

need more info.

but, one acre lot would be for ME about $100 for activation and closing. activation includes setting timer and checking system for proper operation. additional materials and/or labor is additional. labor rate is $90/hour for tech and laborer. service calls are $60 to show up and diagnosis problem, $90/hour plus materials to fix.

I don't know a lot about irrigation systems (surprise).

I would think City water, lawns and beds,monthly service, but timer location unknown.

I could probable mow most of these in 3 to 5 min. (not much grass at all).

Does this help at all?

I know I am talking out my azz here and that I must look like an idiot to you all but I'm after the grass and bedding work I just need to cover myself on price here. I was hoping to find someone looking for a little more work in these areas.
