A 42" Yazoo

It was the s-l-o-w-e-s-t mower ever created!
3 MPH cut speed. I had to hang off of those pipes around the motor to to gain traction. And that motor was right in my face all day long.

All together a miserable experience! I sold it as quick as I could.

Don't forget the cup holder, 85lb. bagger, snow plow, and 3 blades per spindle.

Just busting your chops BHB. I still think you should go work for Exmark.

I had one of those too! It had a 10 HP Wisconsin single engine but it ran strong.

It used to pop out of gear going down and man it created a wild ride if you didn't hold it in gear!

i would gladly pay $50 just to watch a self proclaimed landscape maintenance technician mow my yard with that thing! :D

my comment is that every mower had it's day! it just seems like that one has seen a few days.

kinda sad in a way...like your favorite mule getting too old to do much. YAZOO has been around a long time.

I still have a yazoo big wheel S-24 that I use from time to time. it has the real 5 horse cast iron engine that would grind up any of the new aluminum blocks!

Hey! don't laugh, i used to run one of those. Back in it's day, that was THE cutting machine. In about 30 years, all of the Z's of today will look like that, if you find one still running:D
