Hello everyone.
I have a customer who needs pricing on lawn repairs at a commercial account we service. Most everything is plow damage that needs soil, seed stc. Other areas need patching in the same matter. I have the yardage figured out with extra built in.
So how much would you charge to put down soil, seed, starter fert, mulch, per yard? Or do you feel that doing it per yard is not the way to go? I have heard in this area some do it for $40.00 per yard with all cost included. That seems low to me.
We are going to use a tractor and a total of three guys to do this project. thanx for the feedback...

If it's a commercial account and they trust you why not do it T&M? That's how we do our commercial stuff, and how I figure what to charge residentials for repairs.

It's easier for me to measure sq.ft. Fert and seed is charged per sq.ft. Mulch, topsoil, I charge by the cu.yd. Convert the sq. ft. into cu.yds.

$40 per yard? Too low. I charge $50 per yard just for mulch, in most cases.
