5' 9 1/2. 160lbs. Dropped about 10 pounds since the winter. I don't know what it is about snowplowing, its such a physically demanding job pressing a few toggle switches up and down, how could I gain weight over the winter? :D

I'm 5'11" and weigh between 230 and 235 right now. Keep in mind though that I'm an amateur powerlifter and usually train with heavy weights 3 times per week in addition to mowing and landscaping. During the summer with mowing, etc I just skip the cardio at the gym. Right now, I'm at 232 at only 11% body fat. I squat 600, bench 350, and deadlift 500. Comes in handy for landscaping jobs.

I am 6'1. The last time I was on a scale was a little over a month ago, and I weighed in at 226. I've got a little belly, but I really don't consider myself overweight. Just for comparison, I wear size 36waist/32 inseam Levis. I probably could stand to lose around 10-15 lbs.

6'0, 200 lbs, lean and muscular. My target weight that I'd like to be at is around 220-225. I keep working out, eating right, (low fat - high protien), but still can't relly seem to gain weight. Now that I'm back out in the field, I might as well give it up! I'm not losing weight, but I'm losing size and definition. NOT good! I have to be right for my girl!:p She all hot and built nice (hardbelly), so now I'm under my own "self pressure" to hold my standards!lol Even though she tells me she doesn't vare WHAT I look like!:) Anyway, - Weights before Dates!!!:D

That used to be me!!! But heck I was even lighter, in the 120's. I tried it all to gain. At one time I ate like a horse and drank 2 or more of those Weight Gainer shakes from GNC per day!!! Talk about calorie intake....wow!

When I joined the Marines I had to go on the HungryMan-GreaseBall diet to make weight for my final entry exam. I weighed in at a whapping 131 lbs and I had just ate absolutely every last bite I could hold down before going in. I believe 130 was minimum entry weight for my height. But, I was sure glad of it when I arrived at boot camp. I got to eat extra portions while some of the overweight guys were on the fatboy program. A friend of mine lost 90 lbs during bootcamp on that program. While I was in, I packed on about 20 lbs of muscle.

Then later on, I got sick and fell back to 128 lbs. Then I gained back to 135 and within 6 months I packed on 30 lbs more. Then in another few months, another 30 lbs.

Suddenly I was 6' 195 lbs!!!!

Now I have settled at 205 and from time to time I drop 5-10 lbs. I can sure feel the extra weight on me at times. But most people say they can't believe I'm that heavy. All I know is that the extra weight does take it's toll on me at times even though I'm solid other than around the middle. I wear 34-34 pants and I wish I could just do like they do in cartoons.....

Lift up that beer belly for instant extra chest muscle.... :nono: :D

I am 6"ft. 0" and weigh 300lbs. I cant wear cowboy boots because i cant try them on, they are all too small to fit over my calves. I just got through cutting a pair of of American Iron rubber boots so they would fit my legs.
I have kick started a 500 Suzuki Quad Racer while sitting flat on the seat.

6' 1" here, weigh 180-185. Haven't changed weight since probably age 16, now 29. Can eat anything or everything or simply not eat and stays the same. Would love to gain 20 pounds or so just to show a little more size...Can't do it, even eating Burger King or health food.

I'm the same 33-34 Levi Jean since I don't know when. I know my jean size like it's my social security number. <G> I think I just threw out a pair of jeans I used for painting and really really dirty work that I had back from high school... 14 years ago.
