Now that I have your attention.....lol.....lol......
.
To enhance the current striping abilities of the Hustler products Hustler is testing a future option. And, we need a few prototype striping kit testers.
I have on my list already:
Kirby
Excel25
Lebanon
P&J Lawncare
I need 4 more
The first 4 guys to post to this thread will get a Hustler striping kit shipped to them at no charge.
You must have a full size Hustler Super Z or Hustler Z 52", 60" or 72" (no Miniís or FasTraks) it must be similar style to the pic below.
We need you to install the kit and use it everyday on your properties.
And when asked, provide us some feedback.
Please only post if you plan on putting this kit on as soon as you get it and you have several different properties you can use it on.
Please only guys cutting commercially (no homeowners) we need to put this kit to the test.
Please post here and e-mail me your model and serial #ís @ hustlerturfequipment@msn.com

Thanks
Pj

If you can't find anyone, I have a buddy who talked me into the Hustler and he sold his Scag to buy his. He also runs a Walker and maintains 53 yard by himself. He has been wanting a stripe kit for his. He also has a Super Z.

The problem I had with the kit is that when installed, the deck wouldn't go quite all the way up. I looked at it and the pieces that bolted to the top plate over the two rods were hitting the deck brace as it came up. I marked where it hit and took it off and ground down a one inch spot on the piece welded on the bottom that was for stability. Now the deck goes all the way up. Would be nice if the two little rods that help the striping plate go up with the deck had rollers on them and it would make it easier to raise the deck. Maybe they will work out the bugs in it. I know this makes no sense unless you look at while someone else raises the deck for you so you can see what I'm talking about.
