I have to give a bid on 4 buildings. They are business offices. They are not small about 60 x 45 each. The landscaping consists of rock and several types of trees and shrubs.The buildings are landscaped all the way around. I guess it needs a spring clean up as you would say. I need to trim, weed, and clean up. There are a fair amount of weeds in the rocks also. This has been somewhat neglected. I have a couple of questions.
#1- What is the best way to remove weeds and keep them out of the rocks? Can I spray to prevent future growth?
#2- How do you figure a quote like this? This is a big job for me.
I was thinking of $3000. Is that in the ballpark????
#3- The owner also wants a maintenance agreement to clean up the buildings. He says maybe every 3-4 weeks. How do I charge for this????
