I wish that was my house. Mine is last on the list and never looks that nice. My helpers say when they buy thier first house they are going to make thier yard one big parking lot.

We have alot here..usually graden homes. They tend to be high maintanence becuase of the number of bushes and the weed applications that need to occur. Still money..

All the darn houses are like that in Avalon and Stone Harbor. Gets me everytime. But I LOVE Avalon nevertheless!

Don't go to Arizona to start a lawn service, or you'll see these ALL OVER the place!

I grew up at the Jersey Shore & probably 60% or more of the houses on any of the islands are like that. 80% of these houses are rented, so lawn maintenance is one less problem for the landlords. My first big landscape install ($11,000) was for the owner of a commercial building that I do the lawn maintenance at. He decided he didn't want to mow any more so I made a bunch of stone and mulch beds with shrubbery. I'll take customers that don't want to mow anytime :)

Hey Stone...That digital camera takes some nice pictures. I'm looking to buy one myself. (actually still debating between a digital and a conventional) What brand/model is it?

It's an Olympus D-490 Zoom.

It is the top of the line in point and shoot (autofocus, light etc)pocket camera. If you go to the trexler game presverve album at the end there are two pics of a river outter sleeping in a hollow log. They were taken from the same spot. The first pics was taken at full 3x zoom while the second was 3x zoom + 2.5 digital telephone lens setting for 7.5x total.

All this pics a my photopoint site were taken by my camera are at the lowest pic quality setting.

I still had room for 15 photos with 102 already on a 8 meg smart card.

Circuit city has them for $500 and pay for a year w/o interest. I got there the first week of the sale and got a
free leather camera bag.

You can get them for less mail order. See:
