Bobcat walk behind price

Looking at a used Bobcat 36" belt drive walk behind that is approx. 12 years old and used only by a homeowner for their own lawn. seems to be in good shape and runs well. What would be a good price? Were these mowers any good when new and would this be a good mower to buy?

I sold my Bobcat Ransomes 36 about a month ago for $500. It was 10 or 12 years old and ran great. It had a 14 hp Kawi that always started in 2 pulls. I sold it to someone I know and bought a hydro.
