getting more business

i do lawn care and landscaping and i had wonted to get into the landscaping more. but i just haven't had anyone call for any landscaping but a couple of people and was wondering how most of you guys get your landscaping projects.

Advertising and time.

By the way, call through your customer list, even the lawn customers, and make sure they know you do installs.

Tell them you will take new clients if they have co-workers or whatever that they know to need that work.

mainly my ad i keep in the paper all the time and word of mouth gets me all my landscaping jobs. sometimes i will go out and stop and talk with people who looks like they need some landscaping work done, esp with commercial sites.
