Where do home based businesses conduct job interviews? I have always wondered where people that work from their home conduct interviews.

Dude, It's not raining out today. Shouldn't you be out working or something instead of coming up with mundane questions? Ever hear of BK, McD, corner diner, or the gas station? ;)

Many newer hotels that cater to business travelers have rooms set up for this very purpose.....either a small conference room or a standard hotel room without beds with tables, desk, etc.

Hold them at the local tavern. If they need directions they are hired:D

I used to have them outside around shop and equipment before I got my office. But now I go through a whole process before the interview

1. review the resume, if they resume looks good I move onto...
2. send them short essay questions that they fill out on their own time.
3. and after all of that then they can make it in for an interview one on one bases.
4. And if everything goes well they are hired
