Hey just wanted to let you guys know I just bought a stiping kit from a company in York Pa. They claimed to be the original designers of the EZ-STIPER, The guy there told me EXMARK stold their stiper and is no longer buying them from their York company. Just to let you guys know I bought my stiper (the same one at the exmark dealer) for $250.00 . The dealer wanted $350.00. and I didn't have to buy a new tractor.:D

Exmark has cut all ties with York Sheet Metal and they took the EZ Striper without permission. YSM is planning to sell the " ORIGINAL " EZ Striper like they used to years ago when they designed and perfected it.

As for buying a new one on ebay for $180 , I'd like to see that !

me too rick. we paid $300.00 a piece for our stripping kits. i will say one thing they do a hell of a job. side by side job against main competition the strippers blow there stripes away!!! well worth the money.

Did you talk to York Sheet Metal?
I just drove out to York yesterday and walked out with a 60" roller for $185.00!

I dealt with Dave Burchstead at York. Sorry, I forgot to mention tax:blush: ($11.00). But still, it's $100.00 cheaper than the prices I was getting for a roller from Exmark dealers.

It's a perfect fit. I bought a roller from them before when I had a Lazer HP 52".
Also, not sure if you knew this, but York Sheet Metal originally designed and manufactured the striping roller for Exmark for like 2 years. Then Exmark started manufacturing the rollers themselves. I guess York must not have patented the roller or something. I have 2 pictures of it installed, but the size is two big for Lawnsite. Give me your e-mail address and I'll send them to ya.
