What to charge for commercial property? (restaurant)

Hey guys what would you all charge to mow, trim, blow and possible removal of grass clippings, at a commercial porperty? The acreage is somewhere between 1 1/2 - 2 acres. The property doesn't look like it has been mowed in a few weeks. What would be the best way to go about getting this account? Writing them a letter stating that we would like to provide them with lawn care services? Should we have the estimate in there, or should we arrange to go out and give them an estimate? What do you guys suggest? :blob3:

I have an account that size and charge 45. This is my first year and probably underbid the job but, you live and learn. Resturants can be a pain due to working around cars and parking lot trash etc. You learn the best way to do what you have to do in a small amount of time. I think you're on the right track about submitting a letter or go talk to the owner.
