I'd be happy if...

1. PITA customers left me alone.
2. There was no such thing as an account receivable.
3. Equipment only broke down after you were finished (LOL).

Any others you can think of???

If employees were always on time

If customers wouldn't tell you how to do landscaping correct

If employees would take there time (my employees seem to always be running, and trying to finish the job quicker so they can impress me, but then we end up going there again to fix it)

If i didn't have to pay taxes

If my trucks and equipment would clean itself.

If every lawn was on the same street

If there was no trimming

If i didn't have to work on my days off

If bills would pay them self

Blades would sharpen themselves,
mowers would gas themselves,
electric clutches lasted forever,
stripes were always straight,
you could cut 16 inch tall grass and make it look like you cut 4 inch grass at 3 inches.
you never ran out of trimmer line,
People always paid on time .
I had ground effects on my ZTR,:p
and if I had have got those 35000 accounts that a scrub got for half my price.

I wish that.............

trimmers never ran out of line and never needed to be refuled.

Is is a pain in the --- to always have to run back to the truck in the middle of an acct. to refill the tank or wind more line in

..... If equipment always worked when you wanted it.
..... If it never rained, but the grass grew anyway.
..... If my truck would stop breaking down.

if every account paid on time

Never half to deal with the customer

I can deal with the weather and breakdowns

but when all and all is said money & customers goes hand in hands

I have seen more customers whine this year than ever before.

I'd be happy if.....

I could design a grass type that would grow in every zone, shade or full sun, never need irrigation (only rely on mother nature) and would grow to a selected height and not anymore. Sell it to everyone on earth,

Then retire!

If dogs learned to go #2 on their owners front door step and not on their lawn or other peoples property.
