Looks like leaf spot fungus when actively at work. Take a few blades of grass w/ you to your nearest l&g center and ask for the proper fungicide for this type of fungus (bayleton). Your other choice is to send a sample to your local extension service. They'll lab test it and give you results for a minimal fee.

Looks like what some people call PINK SNOW MOLD. You didn't mention what type of grass, but this mold loves rye, fescue, zoysia. Most of the time it is caued by bad drainage, or to much shade. You can help it by arrating the lawn. There are chems. available

From the picture it looks as though you have a predominantly blue/ Rye lawn. Dollar spot is prevalent now with warmer nights and warm/humid days. This disease is noticeable by the cottony cobweebing with morning dew and the brown banded lesions on the grass blades between the bleached white area. Keep a slow release fertilizer on the lawn to aid in recovery. water mornings only not at night, and keep mower hight up so disease can grow out as conditions change. You can use a fungicide but usually isn't any more effective than using a balanced fertilizer when the disease is already become active. Good Luck!
