work with another LCO

I have met and talked to a few other LCO's in the past couple

of weeks two were firemen and cover about 30 accounts each. It

seemed like they could use some help and I would love to gain

more experience any way I can. Would any of you ever consider

have help to expand the business so that it would run full time

instead of part time like they since they are the fire house 24hr

and off 48hr. I have the basic equipment , but I dont have larger

mowers like he does. I am had worker and quality work is a must

for me. And would any after working with some one let them use

your equipment to work while your at the fire house. Also what

would be a fair split of the money for something like this.

Too messy! Don't go in there. That would be a burning building about to collapse.

Liability.
Employee/contractor issues.
Value of services/equip.
Fairness. etc.

IF you need more work, work for someone as an employee 100% or beat the streets for more accounts of your own.

Avoid trying to do a mix of the two-- one way or the other.

Keep it simple.

Thanks for the reply I can't argue with you it would be safer. How would you work it on jobs I brought in being hired by him, I was thinking some kind of percentage or commission for the jobs then I would have more incentive. To get more jobs and work faster, would you agree. Thanks
