Do 50 lawns a year or so. HARLEY RAKE Paid for itself many times over and still in great shape! Just look at other installers, they got em for a reason! Now get a hay blower or hydroseeder asap.Been using hay blower for years, a timesaver must. Rake $6500, hay blower $3700 or so.Both last for years. Lots of money in lawn installs @ 10 cents sq ft. I took the long road,my advice = short cut to success.

Thanks Jammer, at 10 cents per sf, say most track houses are 6-8 thousand sf, can you ballpark how many man hrs these jobs will take. Im just trying to justify a $10k investment which will probably cost me $350 per month for 3 years. Our season is only late april to early november here.

$10,000 to make a $100,000 Glad i took the chance. Me and 2 guys can do 10,000 sq in a morning, go do another 10,000 job and make it home for dinner! NO GUTS NO GLORY:D

Have you ever used the one that attaches to a tractor before? If so how well did it work for you compared to the one on your bobcat?

I use a Kubota 3130 hst With loader, Harley T6, Goosen 3 pt bale chopper or a new Finn hydroseeder. Never used a Bobcat. Same difference.

Definitly get a harley, They are awesome we can do 35 k + sqft in a day 8-4 but that is just hand raking some prep time has to be considered in to that.
