Lawn reno - 3 point tiller?

Does anyone use a 3 point tiller to prep an area for seeding? Is it smooth enough after tilling to go ahead and seed? Or do you need to smooth it out... with what?

We just ordered a Harley Power Box rake. We're going to till it up with the tiller first, then rake the junk out, level, and finish grade with the Harley. From my experience, the rototiller doesn't cut up lawn, etc, enough to finish grade. You can either till it then run a skid steer landscape rake, like a rock rake, to pick up the chunks of grass, or get a Harley and windrow it to the side. I'll keep posted on how well the Harley works when I get it.
