Edging rate??

Hey guys. What is a good rate for edging with a walk behind edger. I am getting ready to bid on an apartment complex and they need edging. What's a good rate for hedge trimming?? $2-3 per. Thanks for the help.

Are you going to cut the lawn as well? I've never done just an edge job.

It all depends on how much time you are going to spend edgeing. I try to keep my time above 20 an hour . but it depend on the customer too, so it is hard to say, but if there is alot of over growth on the walks dont go cheap because cleaning up the mess takes time and work.
