editing messages?

I agree with only being able to edit messages in the lawn forum within the alloted 60 min.
I was thinking that for the Who, What, Where forum you should be able to edit anytime so that you can update your message.
Can this be done?

If you have a change, send me an email with the exact changes you want and where you want it and I will change if for you. I will just copy and paste your changes. As far as I know, you have to set the limits on the whole program not each individual forum.
