Maintenance program

I would like to follow a maintenance program I do not know if it is correct.

Spring:
Aerate
Fert. weed control
Edge
Mow as required

Summer:
Edge
Fert. Pests
Mow as required

Fall:
Edge
Thatch
Aerate
Fert.
Overseed
Mow as required

I think this is a basic program. Please tell me what steps I missed or if I am doing things @ wrong time of year. Thanks!

pretty good,but you don't really need to worry about thatch unless you find it is building up.
