Factoring in all your overhead, labor cost and materials,....what are some of your profit margin goals. I assume that they are different for various tasks.....i.e. mowing, aerating, overseeding. From what I gather, mowing would be the least and landscaping and snow plowing would probably yiled the highest.
Here lately I have been really working on some nuumbers and would like to hear what some of you do.
Thanks

Does anybody have these goals or do you just bid and hope that you make money? Maybe this belong in the "Elements of Business" forum. Is this information too top secret to share?
Anyone?
