she wonts the lawn to look a little better for the fall

picked up a new lawn application cust.last week



1.she wont's it seeded now,......i told her to late.she said ok (thank god)
2.she wont's it geeen.....,no problem,but how many applications. (the lake spooks me)

i am aerateing whole property next wk.
soil test is at lesco.
what do you guys think? the lake spooks me.

Too many trees competing with grass. Shade is great for growing weeds and moss.

Two things I notice immediately-the shade from the trees will prevent ever having a really nice lawn unless the trees are trimmed and thinned, and (second photo down) appears to be drought damage from a mower, probably will be a chronic problem due to the number of trees competing for moisture.

Its not too late to overseed, Id run over the lawn with heavy app of 10-20-10 then go over with a renovator or slit seeder and the lawn will look great for a few weeks and at least youll make a few bucks and have a customer til next summer when the drought/shade cycle will once again begin.

Whats spooky about the lake? Somebody looking up from the bottom?
