need some flyer ideas

Hey I am going to be sending out some flyer to some local realtores and builders. I orderd Seans templates the twenty of them, but none of them really fit me. We do both landscaping and lawncare. I was wondering if any of you had any good examples for me or if any of you could lend me some advice on what works. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
